  5. I'm here because I have a condition that over a period of ten years has taken away my stability, now flexibility. I fall which takes away my confidence and affects my sense of self. Starting by doing this seated I'm now about to try it standing with my kitchen island as support. Already, I feel a confidence that given a few months, I'll no longer be anxious about walking out.   6. I just wanted to say thank-you so much for this practice Adriene. I have been feeling so overwhelmed lately and I really needed this for me. I haven’t practiced properly since my daughter was born and work/life/family took over but I made a vow to work on myself and take that time and I already feel a weight has been lifted. I can’t wait to come back tomorrow for another practice!

  13. As someone who experiencing with anxiety recently who cant get rest because of constant bad thought and overthinking most of the time this really helped me.

  14. Yesterday I've had another anxiety attack, I've almost fallen on the ground because I couldn't keep myself stand with so much trembling and shortness of breathe. It happened while I was working, it was too hard avoid my own tears. People said I can't show my weakness because other people will use it against me. I have already an entire world falling apart inside of me, I don't need these words. So, I'm here to heal myself!

  15. I live in Alaska and suffer from anxiety and depression on a normal day, then throw in it’s our ‘dark’ time of year right now. Adriene starts out by saying, “if you need to move from the darkness into the light”. I swear she always says the exact right things on the days I really need to hear them.   20. Okay, it's brilliant! Not gonna lie, I was tense doing this but once it's done I felt better. But I still think once a day isn't enough, so I will try doing it in the morning, before sleep and during the day. ❤️ Hugs for my fellow anxiety warriors we got this 💕💕
