  2. I get anxiety every time when I am working on a big project i have learned how to control It I honestly just keep moving❤️

  3. I’ve been ‘invisible’ like that only a few years back…pushed from a train, rehabbing in a nursing home much longer than needed, only to find a Muslim muse and a new way of living my life.

    I took it as a time to work on myself in a very quiet drawn out process, maybe like the feeling of that Javier Bardem movie where he was a quadriplegic. (The Sea Inside) (2004).

    I kept telling myself I came here in a wheelchair and there’s only two ways out, in a body bag or to walk myself out, which I did voluntarily.

    Being a writer and her like Nicole Kidman in that epic film remind me that quietude in the day is very important and leads to peaceful endeavors in a literate manner.

    Jason Statham also states to his new Eastern girl in ‘Transporter 1’ that ‘Sh…I need it quiet in the a.m.’

  5. The 'chemical imbalance theory' has been debunked over and over again since the '80s, we mere mortals were just not aware of it. What changed is that now we have the internet and big pharma can't control it as they did with traditional media in the past. Also works as the great book of Robert Whitaker (The anatomy of an Epidemic), helped shed light on this issue.

  14. I’ve got Hashimoto’s, OCD, ADHD, depression, and generalized anxiety. I’m just now cutting out sugar, and I feel so much better but I still have a lot of work to do

  15. I quit sugar because it would give me yeast infections and also white bread…. Literally after I gave up sugar and overprosessed foods my vagina was so much more happier.

  16. You can only get better with pills for that disorder.Nothing else helps! Just go to a doctor for mental health and simply try to accept that illness,and that medicine,try to have long walks outside,in case you don't like going to the Gym.Meditation works only after taking at list half year your pills and start to be aware of what is real and what is not.

  17. Sit in the pain really helps – I hold my body still and feel it and not move no matter how much I want to and it seems to come and go in a wave much faster – i try to breath really slow during this time and I tell my brain relax relax relax

  18. I was off sugar for several months. I had two weekends of sugary sweets and am having slightly elevated fasting blood sugar just from this. Sugar just isn't worth our health, however much we love sugary sweets

  19. Listining to Sarah Wilson, causes me huge amounts of anxiety, she diverges in conversation to such an extent, most of the time she's incoherent, I apologize for my rudeness, but she is an absouloute Nut!!!!

  20. If you want to say goodbye to anxiety
    1) Quit any Caffeine
    2) Quit refined Sugar
    If you really stick to this you won't believe how strongly these substances were influencing you !
