  1. It's been 6 years with crippling anxiety last pandemic I had a good year when I had no interaction or school , but now it's all back again !

  3. I was diagnosed with anxiety 2 years ago, it started being triggered by work stress now I think it’s more social anxiety as I just want to stay at home and be anti social. I worry about everything. My doctor only refers me to the well being team. I’ve had 2 lots of therapy but talking to a stranger can be hard when I’m at home with no privacy. Ears are always listening

The biggest thing that makes me the most anxious is loud sounds I was scared of them before too but one day my parents were talking about our country and our neighbour country are not in good terms and a war might be going on on the border and the government is hiding it from that day when ever I hear loud sounds like firecrackers at night or even at say my heart starts beating very fast and I can’t sleep even if I want to and I want to cry but can’t i donno why The emotions get bottled up.

  5. Everyone has anxiety sometimes. Most people just say they do because they think it’s cool. If you have anxiety your probably quite shy and worry about random things that usually aren’t a big deal. If your stressed about something you don’t have anxiety. Everyone gets stress but people with anxiety get anxious about anything. For example, If you talked to someone you might not be the best at saying words, you probably feel a bit scared after and you probably have anxiety.

  6. I feel like I need help..cuz everytime I feel like I'm having some sort of mental disorder I look up for this kind of videos..but from what it says I clearly don't have it..but I'm pretty sure it's smtg..i just don't know what it is..what is it?? 🤧

Can't stop thinking for years what will happen the next day if my father stop working due to his age or the sickness will he get in my imagination and he is the only one sustaining the whole family. Me and my siblings are too young to help my parents and i cant stop thinking about it. I just wanna rest so long that i forget all of my problems. I am too scared to witness all of those things and i just wanna sleep amd never wake up again.

  10. Wow i had anxiety attack on back of Sheriff van. Locked up in a cage that i barely fit in at 260 pounds the assholes threw.me in the small kennel size hold tank. I felt like I'm dying any second. I saw us flipped upside down on fire and no one could unlock my cage or handcuffs. So scarey it was so real. I just lowers my head and closed my eyes and prayed to God. Doctor later said i had panic attack or anxiety attack. I even tasted the adrenaline of death in my throat. Weird chemicals my brain sent out

  13. I always feel like everyone is looking at me so im constantly looking around at everyone too thinking they are looking at me i actually love wearing masks during covid it helps 🙃

  14. I can’t talk with people, I can’t go and walk alone I always think that someone is following me, I sweat all the time ☹️ I don’t know how can I cure this

  15. anxiety changes a lot. I'm not the same person as I was because of it and one of my guy friends who I was really good friends within year 2 (1st grade) but now 5 years later we are basically enemies he has asked me so many times what happened but I can't bring my self to tell him
    Do you think I should tell him when we go back to school?

  16. At age 55, after 27 years of mental health recovery, the truth in my mind is that I suffered from anxiety at age fourteen. Wasted almost half my life but now I can help others and that makes it all worth it! 😇👍♥️
