  4. In my experience, my anxiety stemmed from a lack of faith in God. Once I realised that I didn't have to fight the battles alone and that He was there for me and loved me, then most of the anxiety went away naturally. The medications just made me worse, and getting off some of them made me so ill I was hospitalised. How is that healthy? Trust in the Lord.

  5. My problem everyday. I'm so worn out from being tired. I dislike myself. Sometimes I feel like giving up, but I keep pushing hoping it stops someday.

  6. The problem today is our lifestyle more than anything else. Most need what I tell my subscribers is a holistic rescue. It means the problems from the past were most likely not solved if they keep coming up in your mind. (former depressive and 80% cured now). First you have to get in your mind that it probably won't be 100% solved–we all carry demons with us–but those who thrive keep them locked away most of the time. But you start with a physical fitness program and clean diet, minimal caffeine, no smoking, minimal alcohol and sugar (note I didn't say give them up totally). Then you get involved in meditative work–15 minutes a day of tai chi, yoga or the like. This keeps you in a state of calm which naturally attracts people and keeps you from flying off the handle and engaging in negativity. And advance your trade or career–always be in a state of advancement, next cert, next class, next try for that promotion. This also feeds your emotional health and physical health feeds both. You will find the anxiety and depression stays minimal if you work on these three planes and when someone is positive, others will be attracted to it. Hope that helps–Charles

  7. Is it anxiety when I don't know what's about to happen I get scared and break down. Ex: When I'm in the shower, I worry about what's happening behind the curtains, if there's a robber, or if the mirror decides to come get me, or if something get out the vents, the I'm just dead, or tortured.

  8. Its very help when I have try (pick your word here: insomnia, anxiety, depression, ptsd, add, adhd, muscle ache, body ache, stress relief, joint pain, arthritis, chemotherapy, fibromyalgia, suppressed appetite ect ect is delta 8 hemp oil, unlike CBD where you may or may not feel the effects over time I feel better right away. If you want to try it for free I suggest the brand HiOnNature they offer a free shipped sample no purchase necessary.

  9. I get very anxious when I’m around people, I feel like I’m saying or doing something wrong every time I’m with someone, it’s hard for me to open up to people because of the ex bsf broke me and I think she is apart of the reason of my anxiety, I always get worried that my friend will leave me and I stay up at night worrying if I did something wrong that day, my anxiety is bad and I don’t know how to get it under control, can anyone give me any advice? Thank you

  10. I have really bad anxiety when I have to go somewhere because I overthink every little thing most of the time all I want to do is cry because of over thinking. Even around my own family 😔

  11. I really don’t know what to do, like I got to a point in life were I don’t know what to do anymore? I’m just doing it and trying to push my self, but lately I have been feeling really down, sometimes I fell like I’m gonna faint any moment. I’m just so stressed out about something I don’t even know about! It’s the worst felling ever trust me 🙁

  12. You all , I had anxiety disorder all my life ( 25 years ) and I am healed completely thank god , I didn’t use cope methods, I just learned how to heal , and what helped me is Dennis , he had youtube channel ( the anxiety guy) and he had a book that changed my life ( F coping start healing).

  13. Imma just leave this here:
Not diagnosed but I think I suffer from social anxiety and/or anxiety disorder. The pandemic really brought me to this realisation and made me more aware. Ever since I was a kid I never knew what was wrong with me I was always shy and never spoke out. But for some reason the word “anxiety” has always been stuck in my head way before I knew what it meant. I pick up my phone everyday and go through my contacts but I don’t see 1 person I feel is right to speak to. And I’ve gained a lot of weight recently cause of my sedentary life. But what makes it worse is that everyone I see they’re first comment is about my weight gain and it’s getting a bit too much to handle. I have tried so much to avoid self harm but I just can’t find someone trustworthy enough to speak to. Every time I try to say something it feels like I’m impaired from speaking. I hope I get help someday soon cause I don’t know how much longer I can take all of this.

  14. I have anxiety like 5 years, since i got diabetes and make me losing much weight. I lose self esteem, i dont want to see people because sometimes they say "why youre so thin?" I cant tell i have dealing with diabetes, i dont want to tell them because i dont want they feel sad or sorry for my health. In my work i always thinking all the people judging me, i dont know what to do, i feel so small i dont know how to escape this hell.

  15. I was diagnosed with anxiety disorder and Im afraid of taking SSRI medications but I have to. I just keep on praying that everything will be okay and I will get back to normal.
