  13. I'm here to know if kaya ng budget ko ang pagpunta or session sa Psychiatrist. I wanna be better, I'm in so much pain inside and I'm tired of hurting myself unintentionally. Nakakalungkot dahil di ko masabi sa family ko kasi di sila naniniwala na may kagaya kong may labis na pagkalungkot. I wanna be better and di ko alam kung paano. Please if merong magsa-suggest ng murang clinical sessions around metromanila, thank you.

Na te trigger anxiety ko pag nahanapan na naman ako ng mali…di nila nakikita ang mga tama ko..kaya nalulungkot ako,na nginginig lagi aking katawan..lagi kong naiisip ang pagpapakamatay..parang inbisibol ka sa loob ng bahay mo..wala kang makausap ,at pinag uusapan ka lagi behind your back..gagawa ka ng tama,walang mapupuna sila…pero pag nag kamali ka naman grabi yun lagi nila nakikita..nawawalan ako ng pag asa lagi..useless tingin nila sa akin.mas maganda narin sigurong mawala na ako

  16. Well, The instant cure for anxiety is to understand the fact that there are infinite amount of possible outcomes in this universe and our brain only thinks of a handful . A bad outcome can become the means of a good outcome in the future. Just like that a good outcome can become the means of a bad outcome. For example, you lost your job (bad thing). But then you got a new job which is better ( bad thing led to a good outcome.) It's an endless cycle. So just go with the flow and don't think about it . 😄 Goodluck.

  18. Pano po pag family dahilan ng depression? Tas ikaw lang mag isa wala kang kapatid or friends you have nothing just yourself.
