  5. just loitering here,trying to relieve my anxiety cz I don't have someone to talk to,my long time bestfriend even cut off ties with me without me even knowing the exact reason why:< I'm still proud of myself being alone all these years fighting anxiety,stress and whatever

  7. 3.5 minutes until the meditation starts. Terrible for ANXIOUS people. Music too was definitely not anxiety-reducing. Sorry.

  8. thankyou so much i have such a broken heart.. and I have this anxiety since I've been a child. this was the first time for me trying out this meditation.. please pray for me that I find a real-life mentor and teacher. it's hard to do this alone.. thankyouu
