Kendall Jenner Breaks Down How Anxiety Affects Her Plans | Open Minded | Session 4 | Vogue

  1. Kendall is a great person to open up about anxiety. She is still young and can speak publicy and help other people in the same position that struggles with anxiety.

  2. I consider that anxiety is not for poor people. I don't want to be rude but if you have to take care of your family your babies or siblings, life is not give you any chance for anxiety. Your mind allready full of with the problems and real big problems so you don't need to anything more there. In my opinion Anxiety is for people who can earn enough money and don't have to think what will I give my kids tomorrow, or can I pay the bills.

  3. People used to tell me that I was a negative person, having all these “what if” thoughts and being emotional and crying about it because I was too anxious and scared about what was going to happen in the next minutes of my life and I couldn’t focus on anything and would end up just fighting with the few people I trust. I thought this was just my personality and I just need to grow up and change. Nobody told me I had anxiety issues. It was until i watched this series, particularly this episode, that It registered to me that I might have anticipatory anxiety. So I have been looking for a good doctor around my area now, hoping I could talk about it. So thank you for creating contents like this!

  4. Those constant flashes of adrenaline rush ruin the entire homeostasis affecting the health system of long-term basis

  5. Thanks so much I needed this!! So helpful!! And learned also like kendall, thanks so much for allowing me to face this fear and grow stronger and present in life!!!!

  6. Read The Four Agreements and then The Fifth Agreement by Ruiz. Very helpful and a different slant on our thinking, like constructing stories, referred to as dreaming.

  7. The best way to deal with this is to always say "I hope I screw this up", so you tell yourself you want to get it wrong.
It's genius. Kyle Cease wrote a book about it.

  8. It’s not surprising that the poor woman has anxiety. For years she’s had thousands if not millions people watch her every move. She’s had stresses on her that should never have been put on a young person growing up.

  9. I have always thought her to be the "best" out of her family. She seems like a good person, more down to earth than the rest of her fam.

  10. The fact she feels the need to explain that people can get anxiety if they are rich is so sad 😩 theres really people out there telling her “what do you have to be anxious about?” … sad that something as common as anxiety is still so misunderstood, nevermind all the other more severe mental health disorders. We obv got a long way to go when it comes to stigma around mental health

  13. It's greater how people are talking about these. This is really helpful for people like us who can't afford therapy. Even knowing about mental health can help a lot.
