*What software do you use?
I use a variety of DAW’s (Digital Audio Workstation) and software synths as well as sampling techniques. All compositions are original and produced by me personally. Visuals are created with Adobe’s CC tools.

*How about your camera?
I love my vintage analogue reflex cameras like the Minolta X-700 but I also shoot digital with my Canon 5D Mark II and Iphone 8 plus ☺

Before FCP, now mostly Premiere. They are both great.

*Which microphone do you use for your ASMR recordings?
I mostly use the Olympus LS-10 Linear PCM Recorder.

*Can I use your music?
All music/audio are original compositions created and produced by me. They can not be copied, reused, remixed or distributed.

  17. This is my last ditch effort to hopefully lessen some of my never ending anxiety when I try to sleep. Please I hope this works… I haven't had a good night's rest once in the past 1.5 years. I'm so tired… I barely eat. I'm losing weight. I take sleep meds to help control my anxiety at night and it doesn't do much. I feel nauseous or have stomach issues every day. Only a couple more months until I can move… I really hope this helps… I can't function anymore. 😭

  18. When you are reliving trauma with no rest and living in an environment of health battles how are you not going to feel panic attacks :(? I need a place to sleep forever

  19. I have anxiety, chronic insomnia and ADHD this really helps me sleep I went from 3-4 hours of sleep to 6-7 hours of sleep.
