  7. I’m currently going some tough times in my life rn and i just have so much anxiety. Im always having intrusive thoughts about Blinking and it’s just effecting my life so much every single day. I also have some speech problems meaning that im a fast talker when i speak so that’s making me feel anxious as well. But im trying to listen to this meditation everyday so that it can help me with my stress and anxiety.

  9. I am not new to guided meditations. The man I have been meditating with has been the only one I could relate to. As of late because of a severe medical issue with a family member I have suffered physical anxiety in a way new to me. So far this meditation has actually relieved the strong anxiety in the pit of my stomach. At 3:30 this morning I awoke with not panic but a knot in my stomach . I pulled out my headphones and listened to this meditation 2 times and was able to relax and sleep. I have practiced all his meditations since this new worry and fear regarding my daughter has become . I thank you ever so much ! Your words and voice are the universe talking for we are all the universe . We are all one. Namaste

  10. This guys voice makes me anxious, made it about 4 minutes in and had to stop. Hope someone else can get something positive out of it but it was making me more anxious and I really wanted a Xanax after.

  11. i need to listen to this several times a day for a whole month. I have to calm down! My job is stressing me out, but i want to overcome this fear and anxiety i have about this job.

  12. How many times this meditation video saved me from anxiety during my healing period. Your words literally helped me cure panic attacks and anxiety. I wish everyone with panic attacks and anxiety will end up here and listen to this 2-3 times a day, to help them get out of that horrifying unrest in their lives, and to start living in peace.

  13. If you are up for something extremely powerful and are not opposed to what might seem a little bit religious check out Joel Goldsmith fear meditation. He was well ahead of his time and left what could be called a Christian Science Background and created something that is really one of the early versions of what is considered pretty standard spiritual belief these days and non-denominational practice featuring meditation as the key to freedom and infinite peace. It does not focus on honoring your body or the fact that fear and anxiety are actually something that exists as that tends to, at best, just postpone temporarily these things while in meditation as compared to completely wiping them out of your nervous system. Remember, you are not your body. You are Spirit, energy, within a body that is really just a machine of sorts. Don't get all caught up in honoring it so much as it will hurt you, where are you, cause you anxiety, joy, happiness, hunger, and so forth but it will eventually crumble for sure and your spirit, the spirit, never will.
