  1. I bought healthy groceries tonight. I prayed for obsessive thoughts to be removed so that I may be of better service to God and my fellows. I listened to this meditation. I texted my sponsor. I cleaned up around the house and worked on my end-of-semester presentation. I resisted urges to text my girlfriend. I am feeling better.

  2. I like to use these to help me do like controlled imagination- where I’m able to imagine and envision what I’m thinking and feeling without getting caught up in those feelings. Being able to objectively look at my feelings. This looks like imagining my flat as my head and different versions of myself doing things and acting according to those feelings. It’s nice because standard mindfulness tapes or self guided meditation focuses too much on being aware of breathing and I end up having a panic attack lol

  3. Something guided me to this video . I have been suffering greatly . There was alot of loss , my aunt my father my dog and my relationship was all lost . It made my anxiety really bad and now severe panic attacks and depression . I'm really praying this helps me get relief ❤️

  4. What and expierience I fell asleep listening to this where I couldn't even hear anything rather this video or in the room then all the sudden I woke up hearing the end of it . I sure hope it works 😊

  5. I suffer from ptsd and social anxiety, I was bullied heavily in school and I left it because of it. That gave me anxiety and ptsd, I thought I had gotten over it yet I my ptsd was triggered recently because I have college coming up. Since being triggered my anxiety has been thinking up the worst thing that could happen about me or in life, and makes it feel real. It’s hard because it tells me awful things about myself I know aren’t true yet it makes it feel it. I believe my anxiety is trying to protect me from trauma happening again by thinking up awful things to lessen the blow and cripple me from going to college. I’ve been struggling with ruminating, it consumes me a lot. I do it because I feel like it’s gonna solve it but in reality it just makes it worse. Listening to this really helps.

  6. I've been having the funniest strange dreams since I started going to sleep to this video. They are so vivid and I remember so much of them when I wake up.

  7. This is my favorite video, i Come from norway, soothing voice of michael sealey saves lifes💯💯❤❤

  8. I came looking for something, I didn’t know what but I found it in these comments! We ALL struggle! We are not alone in our intrusive negative thoughts and feelings! But we’re trying everyday to not let those thoughts and feelings takeover!

  9. I suffer with anxiety and depression now in my forties never in my life I thought my life would be like this basically trying to leave one day at a time

  10. Thank you Michael 🙏🏽
Your voice is like silky cool soft water and you speak with such compassion ✨
    Much gratitude

  11. I find myself overthinking in my relationship or just family and it causes hurt feelings or pushing people away and I feel trapped I feel like I don’t know how to stop thinking and thinking I’m so tired of it but I hope this video helps me❤️

  12. I have major depressive disorder anxiety and extreme overthinking/worry I am on many meds but your guided meditations have really helped me and I can't thank you enough god bless you

  13. As someone who suffers from PTSD, anxiety, depression, along with sudden fits of anger and energy, this has helped.
Thank you. I've been listening to your videos for less than a month, and yet they've been able to help me.
You've helped me sleep easier, and now helping me control moments of high energy.
Be kind to yourself everyone, I may be a random person in this ocean that is the internet, but I'm proud of you.
It's okay if you're not proud of yourself right now, take your time.

  14. I was scrolling and thinking "I need to stop thinking so much" and immediately this video popped up.😱

  15. To anyone who can help I seem to have been thinking a lot lately about death and what comes after and have a fear of losing loved ones and dying. Do you think this video would help calm these thoughts.

    Thanks for any help.

  16. It took almost the whole half hour but there was a moment when my mind flipped like a switch and all the anxiety was flushed away. It felt amazing

  17. What an amazing way to reset. I am absolutely saved by Michael's voice, technique, and content. Thank you…truly!

  18. Your voice is so calming and relaxing…I was suffering from so much overthinking and insomnia but your voice and Planet ayurveda's brahmi vati is also very useful….I can go to bed without any worries

  19. Wow, tried this and it made me so calm. It was awesome to just be able to be present and notice such things as breath, temperature, sensations in body, to forget about the thoughts that usually run through my head. As this was first time , i felt distracted at times, but managed to come back to the present moment.
