I have been teaching meditation for over 30 years.
I am a qualified Personal trainer with Certificate 3 and 4 in Fitness and Certificate 4 in workplace training and assessment. I have lectured in the fitness, mental health and wellbeing industry for over 25 years.
I am a specialist ‘intensive A’ mental health worker working in mental health and disability and have worked in mental health forensics.

  6. I was in a full blown panic attack and my heart was racing out my chest. I put this on and I was asleep in 10 minutes. I woke up a few hrs later and restarted it, fell back asleep immediately. This was amazing and Im so grateful I found it!! ❤️

  20. Amazed. Never thought I would have listened to one . I really could not sleep so I browse through and choose this one. Honestly am very happy I did. I really did not fall asleep but it did so much for me. Relaxing meditating feeling my inner being my thoughts my breathing. Very very very good. The background music is perfect. Very happy I did.   21. Honestly meditation is key to have balance in your life, I actually use the tool from bioenergymeditation.life , It has a free version, but the paid one really helps me to relieve all the stress. You dont need the paid one, the free program could help y’all to start 🙂

  23. I have panic disorder and last night I started feeling an attack coming on, so I took my medication and desperately looked for something to put on in the background while I tried to relax. I came across this and I remember only listening to about 15 minutes of it before I drifted off into the most peaceful, restful sleep! Mind you, this is so rare for me because it can sometimes take me hours to fully settle down when I start feeling the panic creeping in. Thank you so much for this, Lauren. It was really lovely and addressed my anxiety in a way that wasn't dismissive or patronizing. Will definitely continue listening xoxo

  25. Thank you Lauren for this. Anxiety has been kicking my ass for 4 weeks straight. I never understood why people commit suicide . But after experiencing anxiety for longs periods of time I truly understand why they do it. The thought has entered my mind . But I have over come it . I have children that need me. It's a hard battle one of the hardest I have ever experienced , but hey I have made healthy changes to my life style and working on feeling better . Your videos have help me so much , especially with sleep. Thank you .
