  1. Hi, I have been taking PROBASE SPORTS NUTRITION COLLAGEN PEPTIDES POWDER for the last 4 months and I have never taken such a clean collagen powder before. It is non-gmo, grass-fed, hydrolyzed, and absolutely odor- and taste free. I usually don't write reviews but this product has literally made a difference.     I put plain collagene powder in my coffee from nutri organics and a teaspoon of coconut oil and almond milk! It's The best combination so creamy ☺
    You should try to step back from all the supplemsts they are not great for women's gut health… Fresh homemade juice is great to get Vegies in you babe and alot healthier than greens powder I have one most days. 🌟
    Also kombucha is amazzing for women's gut health and hormones.

  8. You should really look into resistance training, you would look more curvy with some small amount of muscle on your frame. Cardio is great but I wouldn’t suggest just doing cardio . I recommend cardio 2 times a week and resistance training 3 days a week. Love your videos
