  1. Did you know that there are two types of turmeric? The magic behind turmeric lies in Curcumin, most brands use Madras (which has 3.5%), the high end brands use Alleppey (which has 6.5%). It's also important to use turmeric with a bioactivator (such as black pepper).

I just went to look on amazon now to order some of this turmeric supplement, but someone in the amazon reviewers comments section says you must be careful because a lot of the turmeric roots are harvested in China & it may be contaminated with this coronovirus thing, I don't know what to believe anymore.
