If you struggle with anxiety or depression, and you eat a lot of these foods—it might be worth taking a look at. Or it might be worth adding in some of the ones rich in antioxidant goodness.   2. I agree with a lot you say people tend to comfort eat therefore eating things that are not very healthy they give them a boost then a massive low. It is the old saying everything in moderation if you deny yourself foods that you enjoy you crave more then you have the guilt.

  5. 10 cups of coffee and 7 fresh doughnuts always does great. Peanut butter strait from the jar and a full pint of ice cream,family size bag of M&M's and chex mix.

    All i do all day is focus on not having a crisis
    I had to cut 100% coffee or anything with considerate amounts of caffeine… coz anything makes me really anxious and I have a panick attack.

Talking to you all who feel like you can't change your life around…I was like that for a long time, but I succeeded in changing my life by 180 degrees and now I am a 100% happier person than I was before. The one thing that really helped me was Forwago because it made me change the way I think and look at everything.

  10. Let’s talk about it the only things I have in my house is hot dogs and bologna or fake proccessed food and I felt it had to do with my diet, I think not eating those things really improved my health. Caffeine also did it to me. I am so done with this stuff lol.🤣🤣
