Today’s children are facing more than ever before. The pressure to succeed, the changes in family structure and dynamics, depression and anxiety are higher than they have been in our past. So how do you best deal with anxiety in your children?

Hopefully the suggestions in this video will be helpful in navigating anxiety with your kids. There are a lot of books and other resources out there.

  1. What if the anxiety they suffer from is caused by the parents and when they try to talk to said parents about it they blow it off and call the child dramatic

  2. I’m a child and I have anxiety towards teachers. I’m now in high school. I have noticed a little difference but it’s still isn’t helping. My shoulders are just going up when I see teachers and I start sweating and panicking. Like I don’t know what to do. And cope with it…
