We hear about the same 2 or 3 science backed supplements over and over… are there any others with solid evidence?
This was a totally unscripted exchange between Ben and I (I didn’t even prompt him on the questions!) Check out his awesome channel:

Hey everybody! So this video started out as a totally unscripted conversation between Ben and me (I didn't even let him know the questions ahead of time lol… which I think really speaks to his genuine knowledge base) but I decided to do something a little more creative with it. If you liked this shortened, more post-produced interview format, please let me know by commenting below! As usual, all the relevant links are in the description. Enjoy!
can that steroid freak pls put on a shirt
I keep kosher and meat cost too much, for that and other reasons I follow kosher pescatarian. I track everything I consume. Fish oil I supplement but probably don’t need to since I eat salmon 3-5 times a week. What I did not know was that I was deficient in choline. I can notice a difference in cognitive functioning after adding this. I would recommend someone who consumes little or no meat take choline into account. I am not in the medical field, check with someone who does it for a living, this is what I have found worked for me.
I can’t find the second part to this
I can't take creatine. Gives me the runs worse than Niagara falls.
I have read there is multiple ways to take ashwagandha for example at night, with a meal, on a empty stomach in the morning. What would you advise for bodybuilding rather then using to help with sleep and stress?
My wife and I were cured from Herpes Simplex Virus 1&2 and HPV Permanently by DR ALAHO OLU ON YOUTUBE..
Chicken, broccoli, rice
Ashwagandah makes me yawn. I take it before bed to fall asleep faster. Hopefully it is not addicting.
L-carnitine, Ashwagandha and Krill Oil have been an absolute game change for me. Wish I had discovered them sooner.
How DARE you call Salmon fatty, she's not fat, she's big boned
Ashwagandha increase body mass I tested it . 👍
Strongest hobbit in the shire
My top three are tren, rad 140, and Dianabol
the music during the interview is so unsettling to me
Consistency is definitely the key… I work out 2-3 months a year regularly and then always stop for some reason ?

If you can get FRESH TURMERIC ROOT it is incredible!!
I get a lot of inflammation and migraines at "that time of the month" & have been taking some of the strongest painkillers and migraine medications for years now.
I got some fresh turmeric root and, in sheer desperation, ate some whole and fresh when a pre-migraine headache started. Within half an hour I was back to being fine!!
Ever since then I have looked for every way possible to add turmeric to my diet. I drink turmeric tea every morning without fail and have the powdered form to add to cooking.
I highly recommend turmeric to anyone who wants a natural way to decrease inflammation and even reduce or prevent headaches/migraines without the use of drugs.
I take preworkout before running but before lifting I’ll take a caffeine pill sometimes or just have a coffee
Epicatichen???
Sarms?
I wasted so much gains by having a lousy diet. As soon as I started following the Agoge Diet, I started building muscle fast.
Tumeric crushes sex drive
Saw palmetto is one my must have.

Anyone looking to build muscle fast should definitely try the Agoge diet. It worked amazing for me.
Caffeine is 100% garbage.
I always considered myself a hard gainer, but the reality was I had always had a lousy diet. As soon as I started following the Agoge diet, I started gaining muscle fast!
Beta alanine also needs to be built up, and it fuckin sucks. Itchy butthole is all it does
What about Apple Cider Vinegar supplements?
Creatine causes hair loss. I threw mine away.
you don't need any supplements if you eat the right foods.
3 supplements:
Turmeric Extract (Anti-Inflammatory, aids digestion)
Beta-Alanine (recommended for endurance events)
Fish oil (duh)
Ashwagandha (reduced anxiety/stress)
If anyone in hurry :
1. turmeric extract
2. Beta-alanine
3. Fish oil
Ayurveda is the key.
Every video of you is extreme informative. Thanks a lot for all your work!
Does beta sterol plant cause weight gain ?
Where is part 2 about SARMs? I can't find it.

Go and watch CR7 interviews. DRINK WATER and EAT NATURAL FOODS.
.6g of ash isn't gonna boost anything in the testosterone area. The test done, the people were taking upwards of 5g of ash and they had roughly 1.2% gains in testosterone.
Creatine monohydrate, l citrulline , protein
Hi, have you considered this diet plan called the Okibetonic Secrets? My friend says it helps people lost a lot of weight. Is that possible? I also noticed many excellent review relating to this diet plan. Thoughts?
Laxogenin works best for me, geat natural supplement.
After lifting for 3 years straight, I have developed Tendonitis in my elbows. 1500mg of Tumeric daily (pills with the black pepper for better absorption) is my only relief. Try to stay away from ibuprofen and other anti inflammatory meds.
Great editing! Straight to the key points.
