  9. Eh, this is definitely an athletic stretching video. Not a meditation or yoga video. Just from this video I doesn’t seem like she’s a certified yoga instructor, so if that’s what you’re looking for this video might not be the right fit.

  12. Story time: my family (I live with my parents and my sister) and I have 2 dog, they live outdoor, 1 female and 1 male (the male can't reproduce himself) and 3 horses but they aren't important in this story.
    My parents are on vacation for this week, my sister is in her dormroom, so I am responsible for our animals.
    Our female dog is in breeding season so she is non-stop stressy, won't sleep, won't eat unless you give her tons of cudles but it's too cold outdoor right now.
    I brought them indoor on monday and teusday while I did my evening homework but wednesday, thursday and friday I don't have homework so today I brought them indoor for this yoga routine…. The female was in between my legs, arms or under my stomach. The male kept trying to lick my face… Moral of the story they aren't good yoga buddys
