  5. Prior to this video I was feeling like a pressure cooker full of steam. Once I finished theses yoga poses the steam has been released. I even feel my whole body elongated. ๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿผ๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿผ๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿผ
