  3. Excuse me if my breathing is agitated, I just went through a breakup and Putin just kicked off WWIII, so I'm a little tense today. Don't mind me sounding like I'm struggling to keep my inner peace.

  4. How do you do that, Sarah? You pull to the surface all of the emotions during your flows. Today we gave back the cat we've been pet sitting for over a week. And I love animals but since we live in a small studio apartment I wasn't able to have any for the past 5 years (and since I was 8 I always had an a animal so for me it was the longest period without animals at home). Now that she's back with her family I feel so empty and the yearning for some companion has awaken with the brutal force so at the end I was just reminiscent my late pets and a few tears dropped. I feel better now, more patient as in 4 months we're moving and I'll be a foster home again. Thank you <3

  6. This hurts really bad, yesterday I did yoga but a different yoga but it feels so good and I'm not trying to say but your yoga suck if feel like pimply my back hurts

  7. I have a hard time falling asleep and yoga helps me fall asleep cause my muscles don’t have that tension and other things but I don’t know any yoga things to do and you help me fall asleep by doing these things
